Bill Allen holds a doctorate in special education from the University of Washington. His work experience includes resource development, program evaluation, advocacy, field-based research, therapy, teaching, technical assistance and consultation. Bill has a special interest in developing ways to promote more individual and family involvement in all aspects of the developmental and mental health service systems. For the last twenty years, he has been a general partner in the technical assistance firm of Allen, Shea and Associates.
